Dear BBTG Regulars,

We potentially have real dilemma.

As many of you are aware the group has been running for 30+ years, run by volunteers, and I know many of you would be extremely sad to see it cease to exist. So volunteers are urgently needed.

I am happy to remain on the committee but as some of you know I am going to be away for most of the next term.
Kelly is leaving us at the end of this term. She has been the stalwart of the group for many years and no one could blame her for
wanting to step down. We are indeed very indebted to her loyalty and pretty much single handed service to the group.

The hall is booked 21st Dec but we are not open on 14th and unless a you are willing to set up amongst yourselves a rota of volunteer key holders to open up and set up a rota and a rota of people to close up we will not be in a potion to renew the hall booking for next term.
I sincerely hope it will not come to this.

I look forward to seeing you on Thursday and discussing this with you then
Zue
